The Dayschool seeks to meet the interest and needs of each individual student. We hope to provide for the growth of the child to the best of his ability in all areas - physical, mental, social, emotional, as well as spiritual. 

Our school day is planned as a broad range of experiences which are suitable and beneficial for each child. We balance work and play through group activities and creative practice. Each child has the opportunity to develop the ability to speak easily and fluently. The classroom setting also fosters problem solving skills and independent thinking. Our school day also covers learning to listen, sharing stories, outdoor play, rest, music, science and nature. It is through his own personal experience with all the school day activities that a child learns things no one else can teach him. A non-denominational curriculum, including prayer, Bible stories and Bible songs, is used with all Westwood Dayschool students
